Terms and conditions

General Terms

I only accept personal (non-commercial) commissions, but we can agree an accord.I reserve the right to decline any request if i'm too busy, of course, i will tell you if i am.Final artwork will be sent in digital format (.PNG / .JPG / .Sai2, you specify).If you post the commissioned work, you must credit me, please.

Prices

Lineart + Color(+Background for free):
Headshot/Icon: 10 USD
Torso: 12 USD
Fullbody: 17 USD (+1 character for free, you can ask for a ref sheet tho)Stickers:
5 USD eachDue to my financial problems, I had to raise the prices, adding that PayPal charges an approximate fee of 5.4% dollars for the buyer's fee towards me and another fee of 1 dollar to be able to send it to my bank account in order to buy here.

Payment

Payment is made upfront, or 50% before sketch and 50% upon delivery (depending on the agreement).Accepted payment methods: Paypal, transfer to bank account(only in Chile), Western Union.I cannot guarantee a refund if you have already paid the commission, as I am in a tight situation at the moment, so I beg you to really think before commissioning me.💳 All payments that are made through PayPal. PayPal fees and the cost of transferring to a Chilean bank account (800 CLP) are included in the final price. For this reason, I kindly ask that you do not use the “friends and family” option when sending payment.

Turnaround Time

The commissions will take time, I ask for patience, although you are also welcome to ask whenever you want, but keep in mind that I am also busy working and surviving with what I can at the moment, when I stabilize I will move quickly with the commissions.

Revisions

I will be sending sketches several times so you can tell me what details to change or directly if you don't like it so that when I have all the lineart and coloring we don't have any problems for the same reason.I will not charge for changes unless I have made significant progress on the commission and it is a major change such as a character's pose or starting over.

Copyright and Usage

I retain all copyright to the artwork, but if you feel uncomfortable, i'll ask for permissions to post it or use it in my portfolio.The client may use the artwork for personal use (profile picture, printing, sharing with credit).Redistribution, modification, or commercial use is not allowed without prior agreement and an extra fee.Use of my art for NFTs or AI training is strictly prohibited.

What I Do / Don’t Draw

✅ I accept: fanart, OCs, portraits, couples, NSFW, and some fetishes (feel free to ask)❌ I don’t draw: hyper-realism, complex backgrounds (I can try but can't guarantee a good result), complex poses.
